Most venues pick a lane. We didn't. 8one5 was born from a simple conviction: the ritual of a beautifully poured coffee and the artistry of a well-crafted cocktail share the same DNA — attention to detail, respect for the ingredient, and the belief that how you spend an hour matters.

Located on Elm Street in the heart of Manchester, we've built a space where the morning crowd and the evening crowd overlap without ever stepping on each other. The same hands that pull a perfect espresso at 9am will stir a smoky Old Fashioned at 9pm. Same room. Different rhythm.
